After we covered the issue with the A650 series of Samsung DLP TVs turning off automatically, we discovered the same issue holds true for the newer 61A750 DLP TV. Samsung has released a new firmware upgrade for the A750 series. You can find the firmware here.
According to Samsung, the firmware upgrade will fix the following:
-Intermittent Auto Power Off and On
-Intermittent Audio Drop Off When Connecting To A Component Source
-SRS Setting Reset
Make sure you read the direction thoroughly. The last thing you want to do is fry your new TV.
If you own the 61A750, you can find the manual for the television here. Instructions to update the software, can be found on page 69. The remote control for the 61A750 is BN59-00673A.
