Consumerist has an article about Umar. I won’t repeat the whole story but just think about the ingredients here…Best Buy (who has more than 500,000 sites on the web dedicated to how much it sucks) and Toshiba who is probably thinking that they shouldn’t have been in the DLP business to begin with after getting a class action lawsuit against(s) them and having customer service so bad they have people swearing to never buy a thing they make again.
Short and sweet version: guy buys TV, guy love TV, TV stops working, guy (actually) bought warranty and wants service, Best Buy (villain) won’t do anything (sound familiar?)
