Every now and again, we receive questions via our mailbox [ info at tvlampsnbulbs dot com ]. Since we’re here for you guys, our audience, we aren’t going to mention who sent them in (unless they ask) but if there’s one question about it there are probably a million other people with the same questions.
A reader asked what the life is on the lamp inside the WD-65735. (That’s a great question!) To find out the answer, we called Mitsubishi directly. The polite person on the phone first told us that the lamps “should” work for 12-18 months. When asked more directly what that meant in terms of hours she said 3-4000 hours.
There you have it folks. Mitsubishi seems to be a pretty upright kinda company but I’m sure that if their sets don’t live up to their price…..the whole world (wide web) will hear about it.
