The goodies are beginning to trickle in. First Walmart put their best foot forward by taking up the homepage on Yahoo.com to advertise their “cheap” HDTV. Sears-subsidiary KMart isn’t just offering layaway – they’re also coming to the plate with deals that will make you think twice about ordering your next television online.
Here are KMart’s deals:
Element 32″ LCD HDTV – $399.99
Memorex 26″ LCD HDTV/DVD Combo – $399.99
Samsung 42″ PN42A400 720p Plasma HDTV – $699.99
Sylvania 20 in. Class Diagonal LCD DTV/DVD Combo – $249.99
Now, this deal may not see that attractive but realize that you won’t have to pay for shipping since you just pick it up at your local KMart store. This will give the penny-pinching shopper some extra money to spend on cables, and a warranty.
