The KDL-42V4100 is now available from BestBuy.com for $799. This price is $400 off Sony’s MSRP and Best Buy’s price for the television. With 2009 BRAVIA hitting store shelves soon stores need to get rid of older models. From the 4100 to the 5100 series you get several improvements but if you don’t mind having “last year’s” technology you can save a bundle and get a great set.
I actually ran out and picked on up and the picture quality is amazing. It isn’t the same as the 50A450, I also have at the TVLampsnbulbs.com office here in Georgia, but it’s still excellent.
From a specs standpoint, the television is 1080p (can do 1080p/24), has 4 HDMI ports, and is energy star compliant.
