I got an email from a reader asking when the KDL-46XBR9 would start hitting stores like Best Buy, Vanns, and HHGregg.  Unfortunately, you’re going to have to wait until May.

According to Sony’s site, the 46XBR9 will be available on 5/22.  If you want you can preorder one through them and then you’d be guaranteed first dibs.
