Amazon isn’t planning on watching Best Buy have all the fun in the electronics space. For months they’ve upped the ante in their own way with free shipping and aggressive pricing.
They’ve taken it one step further by giving people the opportunity to determine the day and time when their HDTV gets delivered. According to Amazon.com:
Most customers can now schedule their own day and four-hour window for delivery when they purchase an HDTV 27 inches or larger from Amazon.com.
Scheduled delivery is currently available for TVs 27 inches or larger to most U.S. (lower 48 states, not including Alaska and Hawaii) Zip Codes. If the service is available for your order, “Scheduled Delivery” will appear as a shipping option during checkout. Simply select a delivery date and time from the carrier’s available time slots displayed in the handy calendar. Delivery is provided by a common carrier.
Competition like this only means good things for the customer. Find your HDTV at Amazon.com today.
