It’s that special time of the year again. In only a little while people will be lined up waiting to get digital cameras, GPS units, HDTVs and other trinkets. Black Friday is in the air and now is the time to start speculating on how great the deals are going to be. Here are my predictions:
- 42 inch 720p plasma HDTV (Insignia or Panasonic) – $499
- 42 inch 1080p LCD HDTV (Toshiba or LG) – $599
- Blu-ray player (Magnavox) – $79
- 32 inch 720p LCD HDTV – $299
The basis of my list comes from my experience last year as well as industry data which supports some really aggressive deals this year as retailers find more and more ways to bring people into the store and crowd each other in hopes of scoring a great deal.
