The Optoma HD20 is part of a select few projectors which are 1080p instead of just 720p with a price tag under $1,000. This allows you to watching movies, play games, or anything else with really great quality. It’s light, weighing only 6.4lbs which is nothing compared to most televisions which can weigh over ten times more.
It uses replacement project lamp part number BL-FP230D which will last you approximately 4,000 hours in standard more. This drops down to 3,000 hours when used in bright mode. It has two HDMI inputs, component and composite video.
Many sites have received the HD20 and the best price I’ve found for it online is over at OnSale.com who is currently selling the HD20 for around $950.
You don’t have to be too concerned about safety since it comes with a one year warranty on everything but the lamp, which only comes with a 90 day warranty.
