With it being a new year a lot of the things my wife and I have at home have been under evaluation. Everything from the paint color in the family room to the presence of a pool table in the game room has been put under the microscope. One of the decisions we made was to switch up the furniture we currently have in our living room and make it more cozy and warm. We watch a ton of movies and our couches have lost the fluffiness they once possessed.
I wanted to upgrade and get some leather couches. While looking at them in the store, they just screamed – “A man watches movies here.” My wife on the other hand wanted this really modern furniture where you needed an instruction manual to find out how to properly sit in it. After days of deliberation we decided to get a bean bag chair.
Bean bag chairs were furthest from my mind. The first thing that came to my mind is how tacky the one’s I’ve seen at Walmart look. I didn’t want to bring that front and center in my own home. Then we packed up and went to the Love Sac store in Atlanta. It was worth the 35 minute drive to get there and actually do some sitting. We stretched out, lounged, and everything else the staff would allow us to do. The one thing which concerned us a little was the price. Love Sacs were great and everything but I just couldn’t find myself paying that much for a bean bag chair no matter how big and comfortable it was.
After searching around online, we decided to order a few Comfy Sacks instead. I never realized how many different kinds of sacs, sacks and loungers there are but yesterday we ordered our Comfy Sacks and are waiting for it to get delivered to us. It wasn’t in time for this year’s Super Bowl but next year my friends and I are going to be pigging out on wings, chips and hot dogs on our new microfiber Comfy Sacks.
