Usually when people think about the idea of owning a 3D HDTV one of the first things which may get in their way is the price. Many of the 3D HDTVs currently available in the market cost more than $2,000. Frankly, most people here in the US or abroad just can’t afford to pay that much.
Thankfully Mitsubishi has been listening. Their newest line of DLP HDTVs are 3D ready and come with some fantastic pricing. While the Mitsubishi WD60638 has a MSRP of $1,199 you can buy one today from Amazon.com for only $999.
For a moment allow that to sink in. While you could only manage to get a 50 inch television if you wanted to go with LCD or Plasma you can get a whole 10 more inches for the same price. The great price doesn’t come without compromises. DLP televisions has been looked away from as customers look for thinner and thinner televisions which can be mounted above fireplaces or in kitchens or bathrooms. The WD60638 is 15 inches deep which would prevent that.
Along with it’s 60 inch 1080p screen, you’ll also get 3 HDMI inputs.
