Sears.com is currently selling the Samsung PN42B450 for the low price of $649. This is a television we reviewed (see here) before and came away with a great feeling. After starting out at $799, this price has fallen dramatically after being released in April 2009.

Watch out for falling prices….
Originally, the PN42B450 retailed for $799 but the price is falling fast. The first big drop was down to $729, now it looks like it’s falling even further.
OnSale.com is now selling the Samsung PN42B450 for $679. Shipping isn’t free, but it starts as low as $15 depending on where in the US you live.
If OnSale.com runs out, you can also check out BuyDig.com which is selling the same television for $719. Their price includes shipping.

PN42B450 Samsung 720p Plasma HDTV
Category : News, Samsung Plasma HDTV

The 2009 Samsung PN42B450 720p Plasma HDTV is now available for $679. You’ll be able to enjoy free shipping and no tax.
As with other 2009 Plasma TVs, it features the 600Hz refresh rate, Energy Star 3.0 compliance, 3 HDMI ports, and an amazing 2,000,000:1 contrast ratio. The picture quality is better than the PN42A450 and with prices rising on 2008 HDTVs this would be a great deal.
